As a recognized leader in worldwide Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) equipment installation, training and sustainment support, ESP ensures that the Army and Joint Forces are inherently supportable and remain safe, suitable, and affordable throughout their life cycle by achieving the outcomes identified in the Joint Capabilities Integrated Development System (JCIDS), Army’s Sustainment Program Evaluation Group (PEG) and Acquisition Logistics Plan.

ESP is a premier provider of C4ISR equipment systems engineering, program analytics, fielding, training, and logistics. Since 2000, ESP has provided C4ISR support to numerous PEO/PM customers for ground, air and watercraft systems. ESP has been the trusted C4ISR provider for Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) G-3/5/7, G6, G8 and ASA(ALT) programs, Force XXI Battle Command Brigade and Below/Blue Force Tracking (FBCB2/BFT), Joint Battle Command – Platform (JBC–P), Mission Command (MC), Warfighter Information Network – Tactical (WIN–T), Tactical Radios (TR), Radars, Handheld, Manpack and Small Form Fit Radios (HMS). ESP supports the programmatic, engineering, analysis, design, fielding, installation, product support and training of our customers C4ISR in both CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Logistics & Supply Chain Management

Operating for the first time at any new location is a daunting challenge. ESP has an experienced, dedicated deployment and sustainment teams to get you there with all of your gear, keep you operating effectively, and get you back home safely.

ESP stands ready to fulfill the DoD’s mission readiness in support of our troops. Superior sustainment and logistics service provides our country with the necessary equipment and parts, operational and leader decision making skills and ability to maintain equipment during mission critical events. At ESP, we understand the Defense Department’s need to save money and institute efficiencies.

As a premier logistics provider for Army C4ISR technologies since 2000, ESP has provided superior sustainment and logistics support services for hardware, software, networks, sensors, and test & evaluation events. ESP has been PM WIN-T’s trusted logistics service provider since 2008 supporting multiple WIN-T products. We support the Center of Excellence in C3T community for logistics planning and expertise including high visibility ACAT 1 and Quick Reaction Capability (QRC)/non-POR requirements. Our logistics planners have a comprehensive understanding of individual product implementations, employment concepts, supportability concepts, architectural convergence and vision and goals both CONUS and OCONUS.

ESP manages logistics programs through the application of Integrated Product Support (IPS) {formerly ILS} Elements for acquisition management requirements in support of US Army Program Executive Offices/Program Managers (PEO/PM) during all phases of the products’ life cycle. We align the logistics support structure with the evolving architectural framework, saving cost, minimizing logistics footprint, and minimizing complexity for the User and ensuring long term sustainability.

Effective project management is both a skill and an art as projects become more and more complex and dynamic user needs challenge budgets. ESP’s in-depth understanding of acquisition requirements, regulations, processes, documentation, and reviews complement the expertise of government program managers to keep projects on schedule and under control. Ultimately, a well-run program will fully satisfy user requirements while making the best use of taxpayer dollars.

ESP has a rich history of working side-by-side with government customers developing key program documentation across the development, manufacture, fielding and operations life cycle. ESP’s experience ranges from hardware-intensive programs, such as ground-based radars, to advanced software programs that unite Defense Department users with the Intelligence Community to save civilian and military lives. Our Program Management Office (PMO) framework is based on the Project Management Institute's (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), and integrates general project management disciplines with specific life cycle steps. ESP seamlessly integrates seasoned, certified Project Managers with technical and operational domain experts to provide the highest quality products and services in the most cost-effective manner.

Training & Readiness

Mission success demands reliable system performance and proficient users and maintainers. ESP provides hands-on field support, data collection, and full spectrum training capabilities.

Training is critical to mission and warfighter readiness. A prepared warfighter is a safe warfighter. ESP prepares Soldiers, Marines and Aviators with innovative approaches to C4ISR training and delivers measurable results. At ESP we believe the “why” is a critical part of the training and is just as important as the “how” to perform a task. ESP’s learning methodology builds long term leadership, constructive and critical thinking skills which are retained long after the course is complete.

ESP specializes in C4ISR training development, fielding missions, and execution. We support US Army, USMC, Army National Guard, Army Reserve, as well as, Army Schoolhouses/Centers of Excellence. As a premier training provider since 2000, ESP has provided superior training services, including development, delivery and fielding missions for hardware, software, networks, sensors, and test & evaluation events. We are proficient in operations, maintenance, tactical and Key Leader training and deliver it in traditional classrooms, learning centers, virtually and/or on-the-job.

Information Technology & Cyber

Information is considered a strategic asset to the US DoD. ESP understands all aspects of the DoD Information Enterprise are planned, designed, developed, and protected in order to achieve an information advantage and full spectrum superiority, deliver mission assurance, improve mission effectiveness, and realize IT efficiencies.

Industry innovation is the key to maintaining U.S. technological advantages over our adversaries. ESP invested in our Training Center of Excellence (TCoE) to provide our workforce online access to a robust and complete CISCO Curriculum for IT Certifications (CCDA,/CCDP, CCIE, CCNA/CCENT, CCSP, CCNP/CCIP) and for CompTIA IT Certifications to meet DOD 8570 requirements, at no additional cost to our customers.
